The Shortlands Residents’ Association monitors all planning and development applications in our area. We are not against any change, but we do want to make sure that undesirable developments are avoided and we will often offer constructive comments designed to make particular proposals more acceptable to local residents. We will also comment on or object to developments outside of our area but which have an impact on our members, e.g. in Bromley town centre. For more information on our general approach to planning see About the SRA.
