Local Crime Update 31/10/2022

Dear Residents

Please find below the crime record for the period from 20 to 31 October.

Good to see no tool thefts from vans or catalytic convertors.  Unusual to see a dashcam theft.  Let’s hope it was a one off and not a new trend.

Generally speaking the overall crime rate remains low.  Shortlands & Park Langley remains a safe place to live and work.

Our next residents’ surgery will be on Saturday 26/11/22 from 10am to 11am at Shortlands Library, Shortlands Road.  Be interesting to see if the change to a weekend morning from late afternoon on a weekday generates more visitors.

The team was on duty at both the Rotary Club fireworks at Langley Park School on Saturday 05/11/22 and will be at the Remembrance Sunday Service at St Mary’s Church on Sunday 14/11/22.  Hope to see some of you.

Thanks as always for your help and support.

Kind regards

Adam
