Local Crime Update 15/10/2024

Dear Residents

Please find below the crime record for the period from 1st Oct to 15th Oct.

Good to see that overall it was very low. Disappointing to see the first burglary on the ward for over a month.  Unusual to see a burglary where the car keys were taken to steal a vehicle these days and nothing else stolen from the flat.  The victim told me that an expensive watch had been left out which the burglars would have seen. The best way to prevent this from happening is to keep your keys in a drawer by your bed overnight.

On the community engagement side, I look forward to seeing some of you at the Ward Panel meeting next Tuesday (22/10/24). We’ll be holding a Cuppa With A Copper session on Tuesday 29/10/24 from 10 am to 11 am.  Be great to see some of you there too.

Thanks as always for your help and support.
Kind regards
Adam
