SRA backs campaign for road safety in Queen Anne Avenue

SRA backs campaign for road safety in Queen Anne Avenue

The SRA is giving backing to a campaign to make Queen Anne Avenue safer for residents and pedestrians after several recent life-threatening incidents. Cars and lorries have been speeding and even driving on the wrong side of traffic islands as they try to get along the Avenue as quickly as possible with no concern for local residents and pedestrians, including schoolchildren. Something must be done before the two schools on the road St Marks and Harris Primary Academy return from their Summer 26 break.
