Just before Christmas Network Rail and their contractor Bam Nuttall gave a presentation at Shortlands Station about the installation of the new lifts which are intended to enable people with disabilities, families with young children and others to reach the platforms more easily. The work is due to start in early January 2024 and complete in Spring 2025. A copy of the presentation can be downloaded from the link below.
