Crime Summit Update from Bromley Neighbourhood Watch Association

The Bromley Safer Neighbourhood Board will be delighted if you could join them at the new Civic Centre on Saturday, 1 March for an informative morning of presentations and discussions, focusing on those topics that have a direct impact on the safety of our local communities. As well as the Police and LFB, there will be representatives from British Transport, the Youth Council and the Met Cyber Crime Unit. Hear about issues such as retail crime, homelessness and violence against women and girls plus a Q & A session with a panel of senior officials.

Please arrive at 9am (no earlier) for signing in. Coffee and pastries will be available before a prompt start at 9.30am in the Council Chamber. The proposed agenda is as follows:

9.00am – arrival, free beverage and Stands

9.30 – 11.00 am – Presentations (details to follow)

11.00 – 11.30 – Refreshment Break

11.30 – 1.00pm – Presentations (details to follow)

Entrance to the new Civic Centre will be on Westmoreland Road, opposite St Mark’s Church, not the main entrance opposite the station. Entry is free but, other than on-street and public car parks, there is no parking at the new Civic Centre. The location is well served by public transport bused and trains
